Up next on Business Feature Friday is Evergreen Soil and Water Conservation District! Evergreen SWCD was founded in 1954 with the purpose to give local citizens the ability to work on conservation problems at a local level. Evergreen SWCD help provide the necessary technical expertise needed to assist the community in identifying and solving local conservation issues. They also provide cost-share funding through the Department of Conservation and Recreation to help address these issues. Evergreen SWCD also leases no-till seeders.
